Orphaned battery entries. These items exist in the metadata battery (cli_battery.db) but are no longer referenced anywhere in your media library. This typically happens when items are deleted or re-identified. They serve no purpose and can safely be deleted to free up space.

Missing battery entries. These items are marked as Collected in your library but have no metadata stored in the battery. Without battery metadata, features like episode air date tracking and upgrade scoring may not work correctly for these items. Click Fetch to pull their metadata now.

Stale metadata. These items have battery metadata that hasn't been refreshed within the expected window. Returning/active shows refresh every 6 hours, ended shows every 30 days, and movies every 90 days. Stale data can cause incorrect episode schedules or upgrade decisions. Click Refresh to update them.

Orphaned TVDB→IMDB mappings. The battery keeps a lookup table that translates TVDB IDs (used by the TVDB metadata source) into IMDB IDs. These entries point to IMDB IDs that no longer exist in the battery — meaning the show they referenced has been removed. Deleting them is safe; the mapping will be automatically recreated the next time that show is looked up.

Orphaned TMDB→IMDB mappings. The battery keeps a lookup table that translates TMDB IDs (used for poster fetching and metadata supplementation) into IMDB IDs. These entries point to IMDB IDs that no longer exist in the battery — meaning the movie or show they referenced has been removed. Deleting them is safe; the mapping will be automatically recreated the next time that title is looked up.

Collected items with no IMDB ID. These items are marked as Collected in your library but have no IMDB ID assigned. Without one, the battery cannot fetch metadata, upgrade scoring won't work, and sync will log "No metadata found" errors for them repeatedly. Enter an IMDB ID (format: tt1234567) and click Set, or use Auto to search automatically.
